*HOT* CVS Deals Starting 10/17

These are the *HOT* deals that I'll be shopping for next week at CVS. I''m very excited about getting my husband some Raisin Bran Crunch for pennies!!

Revlon Eye Shadow $4.99 each
- $1/1 Revlon 9/12 SS
Earn $7 ECBs WYB 2 Revlon face, lip or eye (limit 1)
Pay $7.98 and get back $7 - $.98 for two

Schick Hydro 3 or 5 Razor $8.99
- $4/1 Schick 10/3 SS
Earn $5 ECBs (limit 1)
Pay $4.99 and get back $5 - Earn $.01 in ECBs

Raisin Bran Crunch 3/$10 (also listed are Special K cereal, mini wheats, Nutri-Grain bars, and Fiber Plus bars)
- $1/3 Kellogg's cereals 10/17 RP
Earn $5 ECBs (limit 2)
Pay $9 and get back $5 - $4 for 3 boxes or $1.33 each box

Mentos Gum 15 oz. BOGO $1.79 (ad does not list a price, but this was the price as of last Saturday night)
- $1/1 any Mentos gum 10/3 SS
Use one coupon on each item - $.21 overage, if your store allows, or free!

My shopping scenario:
2 Revlon eye shadows $7.98
1 Schick Hydro 3 $4.99
6 Raisin Bran Crunch $9.00
8 Mentos gum - $.84

Subtotal before coupons will be $53.28 allowing me to use a $10/$50 coupon I got from the kiosk.

Total after coupons, including the $10 off, will be $20.12 plus tax of $2.33. (This may change depending on how my ECBs effect the tax. I know the $10 Q will most likely reduce the taxable value by $10. This would make the tax $1.63)

I will pay with $20 ECBs and $2.45 OOP and earn back $22 ECBs.
Total cost for the above items worth $53.28 will be $.45!!!

Actually, I did some refiguring once I remembered that certain CVS coupons and ECBs reduce the taxable amount. All CVS store coupons from the kiosk reduce the TA, meaning my TA will be $10 less so I can deduct $.70 from the amount of tax I should pay. ECBs earned from your green bag tag also reduce the taxable amount. Subtracting the $.70 from my tax of $2.33 leaves me paying $1.63 in tax. I will pay $1.75 OOP ($20.12 + $1.63 - $20 ECBs) and earn $22 ECBs. That makes my trip EARN me $.25 in ECBs!! I will actually make money to buy everything
This scenario can still work for you if you don't have the $10/$50 coupon. You'll pay $30.12 (before tax) and earn $22 ECBs making your cost $8.12 + tax. Not bad for 6 boxes of cereal that typically cost $4 each!

You can view my Savings Spreadsheet here for a full breakdown of how my scenario will work. These are only the deals I am scoring this week. Check out iheartcvs.com for the ad scan to view the full ad and simplycvsshopping.com for a full list of the ad with coupon match-ups.
