BrytonPick "Floss in Seconds" Review

I recently had the opportunity to review the BrytonPick "Floss in Seconds" string free flosser.
BrytonPick is a string-free, portable and reusable dental space cleaner. The flexible edges are as thin as dental floss. Designed for use after every meal, BrytonPick brings relief to an everyday problem by easily removing food stuck between the teeth. Also, it replaces all improvised and un-hygienic "items" used in an attempt to remove pieces of food from between teeth, such as: paper clips, business cards, matches, or finger nails.
I was excited to try this product because I hate flossing! Anything that promises to make flossing easier, quicker, and less of a nuisance is worth trying, I was impressed by the small, flexible design. It made it easy to handle and discreet. It was easy to use in most of my mouth although I did have a little trouble getting it in between a few of my teeth which are spaced wrong. I like that it's reusable for 30 days and has its own holder. It would easily fit in my wallet, purse, or diaper bag.

BrytonPick makes cleaning between teeth easy, fast and discreet!
  • Designed, developed and tested by dental professionals.
  • Solution for on-the-go or alternative for those that are unable to floss.
  • Made of flexible stainless steel and plastic holder.
  • Blunt cleaning edges are thin as the finest floss (0.0019").
  • Re-usable up to 30 days (germ-resistand stainless steel).
  • Cleanse with napking or water. Store in its carry-pouch.

BrytonPick "Floss in Seconds" can be purchased at CVS.com, drugstore.com and amazon.com, as well as at BrytonPick.

TLC's Special Extreme Couponing, featuring Nathan Engels (MrCoupon)

Tomorrow, December 29th at 8pm EST, TLC will be airing Extreme Couponing. The show will feature four different extreme couponers, including Nathan Engels (MrCoupon), founder of We Use Coupons. For the show, he built something that was about 15 feet tall, the creation of it was filmed, and it was almost entirely donated to foodbanks! I know I can't wait to see what it was!

Couponers may be a little 'extreme' but our desire and hope is for families that need to save money will check out couponing!

Leading by example to show how extreme couponing can help others, Nathan Engels donated around $6000-$7000 in products to a fantastic pantry during this episode!

We Use Coupons also interviewed Amanda (who is one of the Couponers on the show) and some of her interviews are already available on FrugalTV. Tomorrow they will be uploading 20 new episodes/interviews, so be sure to check it out and subscribe!

Oliver's Labels Review

Oliver's Labels makes high quality waterproof labels and tags to stick on all your kids' stuff. Their labels are dishwasher & laundry safe and will never fade, scuff or peel. Oliver’s Labels has so many beautiful full-color graphic designs to choose from for both kids and adults, so there's something for everyone.

Oliver’s Labels has become famous for our Found-it™ tracking system, exclusive to Oliver’s Labels and completely free of charge for all our customers.
Found-it™ is our online lost-and-found system that doesn't use your personal information. We give you the option of printing a Found-it™ tracking system code on your labels (as seen in the example below). This unique code connects you to your item via your email address. You can choose to have a Found-it™ tracking code printed on your labels or tags when you are filling out the personalization information for the product you're ordering. It's as simple as checking a box. If you decide to participate in Found-it™ for one or more of the items in your cart, you will be asked for an email address for our Found-it™ tracking system when you check out. If you ever lose an item with a Found-it™ tracking system code, have no fear! When someone finds it they will be prompted to go to a special page on our website (see "A" in diagram below) with instructions to enter the code on the label (see "B" in diagram below). We then match you to your Found-it™ tracking system code and send you a notification email right away. Oliver’s Labels acts as an intermediary between you and the finder so you never have to share any of your personal information!

I had the opportunity to review Oliver's Labels and chose to have the Nature design personalized with my youngest daughter's name. I received several of the Original Labels, Mini Labels, Stick-eez™ Clothing Labels and a set of the Shoe Labels. Right away I was impressed with the vibrant colors and cute designs.

I used one of the Mini Labels on a sippy cup, an Original Label on a different sippy cup and my diaper bag, and a Stick-eez™ Clothing Label on her sweater. The cups have been hand washed and put in the dishwasher and look exactly the same as when I first put them on. The colors don't fade and there is no peeling at the edges.

The Stick-eez™ Clothing Label fit perfectly on the tag on her sweater. It's been through the washing machine and the dryer and looks perfect. It's still stuck on and isn't peeling up at all. The label on my diaper bag is also holding up very well. I love not having to worry about forgetting her bag or sweater in the church nursery. I also love how the Shoe Labels are a left and right foot which will help my child know which shoe goes on which foot.

Oliver's Labels are great for any parent who has concerns about their child losing things or being able to tell which item belongs to which child.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. MyBlogSpark Giveaway: Crayola Holiday Gifts

Still looking for that perfect gift for the child in your life? Crayola is offering more than 30 ways to give the gift of imagination for under $30 this holiday season with a lineup of gifts to inspire wonder, adventure and dreams in toddlers to tweens. Crayola has created an on-line gift guide making it easy to select the perfect creative activity for the child on your list. It’s available at www.Crayola.com/gifts. You can search it by age, gender and type of product, like mess-free and washable products and activities that offer surprising experiences. Who wouldn’t be surprised to watch their artwork light up in the dark in multiple colors!

Thanks to Crayola and MyBlogSpark, my kids got to try out a few awesome Crayola products. The first thing we tried out was the Crayola Model Magic Presto Dots.
Crayola Model Magic Presto Dots received “Toy of the Year” honors from Good Housekeeping, Parenting and Parents magazines. The “magic” behind Presto Dots comes from Model Magic’s – a truly different modeling material that doesn’t crumble. It’s not clay, it’s not dough – it’s Crayola Model Magic. Kids can create 3-D, bumpy characters with the easy-to-use “Pop-Dot” tool that grabs just the right amount of Model Magic for building an original creature. A quick press and pop covers characters with presto dots. Pop away with different colored dots, or pop dots on top of dots to create original 3-D creatures that air-dry in 24 hours. $19.99, 5+
The kids had a lot of fun with this one. It was a little difficult for them to use the pop-dot tool and get the dot to stick, but I was able to help them. They loved being creative, using the tools or just their imagination, and were proud of their finished creation. I loved that it didn't crumble and make a huge mess like play-doh and that it came with a mat to lay down!
Leanna working on her little person
So proud!
This is mine. I couldn't resist making my own.

Next Leanna tried the Crayola Color Wonder Sound Studio.
The Crayola Color Wonder Sound Studio makes coloring a magical mess-free adventure for little eyes and ears! Kids can add fun, action-packed sound effects like dinosaur roars, motor cycle engines, giggles and even the voices of Buzz Lightyear, Woody and the Disney Princesses to their coloring pages. Sounds play back when they color their pictures. Just choose a sound and add it anywhere on the coloring page to create one-of-a-kind coloring stories with surprising sound effects. Kids can also play back all the sounds they experienced while they were coloring. Sixty sounds can be matched to any image on any page for hours of colorful fun! $29.99, 3+
She really enjoyed all the fun sounds and noises. She loves to color and adding sound is a real bonus. I like that it's the Color Wonder markers that only color on Color Wonder paper. Another great thing is the markers fit into a holder on the backside. I would have liked to see a space designed to hold the sound cards too, but otherwise it's a great product.

While Leanna colored, the boys tried out the Glow Explosion Spin Magic.
Never before has paper been a surface for creating glowing drawings! Glow Explosion Spin Magic is a revolutionary activity toy that lets kids create multi-colored glow-in-the-dark art with markers that light up like glow sticks on paper. The spinning base lets kids create magical mobiles and whirling lanterns for a never-before-seen “glow show” that will wow the entire family when the lights go out. Colorful, glowing shapes like planets or hot air balloons appear as if they are spinning in mid-air. The base unit doubles as a lantern with five different scenes that create cool shadow-effects as they rotate around the radiant, glowing designs created on Glow Explosion paper. $19.99, 6+
This one was a lot of fun and very easy! The boys chose to do the space cut-out shapes mobile. The base was easy to assemble and they only had a little trouble getting one of the paper shapes on the clip holder. The shapes glowed great and it was cool to watch spinning around. I'm sure they will have fun with this one and the other designs that came with it.

Coloring the rocket
Attaching the shapes to the base
About to glow and spin!
We also received a box of Crayola crayons. This year, specially-marked Crayola crayon boxes (48, 64, 96, 120-ct. as well as the 150-ct. Crayon Tower) include a free code that provides 6-month unlimited access to the Story Studio custom coloring book maker. What a great value! Available at Crayola.com, Story Studio allows kids to transform themselves into a cartoon character from a digital photo or web cam image, customize their character with hats, sunglasses, costumes and other fun accessories and then select a theme to create a custom story book they can print and color. Story Studio was named “High Tech Toy of the Year” by the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio. $5-$15, 3+

You can try the Story Studio for 48 hours by using the Promo code PRY4DBJJ.

Camel Race Bible Trivia Questions Game Review

My family had the opportunity to review the Camel Race Bible Trivia Questions Game from Python Printable Games.

"How to make Bible trivia more fun for the kids this Christmas? Teach by stealth with this UNIQUE giant printable board game! The kids become the Wise Men's camels in a race for the finish line at Bethlehem. Along the way, they answer simple Christmas Bible trivia quizzes. Fun for players and anybody watching!

Format: Bible trivia quiz giant printable board game
Number of questions: 29 (plus 19 action cards)
Ages: 6-9yrs or so

Designed to entertain kids aged six-eleven years who study the Bible, two could play the game, but we recommend at least three and no more than six players. Adult supervision is essential. Camel Race is just $6.95."

This game was a hit in our house. My kids are 8 years, 7 years and 5 years. Well, and the baby, but she's 6 months and didn't play. The trivia questions were challenging and a few even stumped my 8 year old. They all loved the camel action cards. There was lots of laughter, smiles and fun as we played this printable Bible quiz game. As soon as we finished, the kids all asked to play again! We'll most likely play a few more times this holiday season.

The kids being camels
Jacob was our winner!
